What is your return policy?
All sales are final. However, if your books arrive damaged, we offer an exchange. To request an exchange, you must file a claim within 72 hours of receiving the damaged books. Once your claim is approved, please mail the damaged books to us; they must be received within 21 days of claim approval. To begin a claim, contact support@kabaskinspringer.com.
